Shipping/Returns

Shipping (USA & Puerto Rico Only)

We ship most items to virtually any address in the Continental United States, Hawaii & Puerto Rico. We cannot ship large fly light units to  Hawaii or Puerto Rico.  Be sure your email or phone information is correct when ordering in case we need to contact you concerning your order.

 

 

 DO NOT CHOOSE PRIORITY MAIL WHEN ORDERING LARGE FLY LIGHTS! 

 

FLY LIGHTS ARE SHIPPED via GROUND or COMMON CARRIER ONLY!

 

Ship To Addresses: Never use Abbreviations, the address verification shipment software does not recognize abbreviated ship to addresses. Using abbreviations in your shipping address may delay the shipment of your order.

Please be sure to use your physical shipping address when ordering fly light units. Fly light units are shipped via UPS with the exception of the FlyWeb fly light. Expedited shipping options are not available for large fly light units. UPS will not ship to a PO Box address.    You may use a PO Box Address for light weight items.  However, you should also include your physical street address as well. 

When you place an order, you can estimate shipping charges in the shopping cart or during our secure checkout process.  

 Time in Transit: 

Orders process the same business day. Most items are shipped within 3 to 5 business days. UPS, USPS, FedEx or Common Carrier transit time does not begin until the order has actually shipped. Some large orders can take 7 to 10 days to arrive at your ship to destination after your order is placed. You will receive tracking information once the package is shipped. Any discrepancies in transit time are between you and the shipper once your order is shipped. Transit time refers to when your order was shipped, not when your order was placed.

**NOTE: For our protection and to reduce fraud, large orders often take up to 72 hours to process. Before a large order can be processed, the payment method must be deposited and cleared by our merchant processor and/or our banking institution. (PayPal payments can take up to 5 days to clear.)

Hours of Operation: Business hours are Monday Through Friday, 9:30 A..M. to 4:30 P.M. (EST).

Orders are not processed on Saturday, Sunday, Holidays or observed "Long Holiday weekends"UPS will not deliver your package on weekends or legal holidays or during inclement weather conditions .This applies to all shipping methods, including any expedited shipping methods and USPS Priority Mail.

Order Cancellations: It is important that you make sure your order is correct before you complete your transaction on our website.

Orders canceled or refused after they have started processing for shipment are subject to all shipping and return shipping fee's, restocking fee's or intercept fees charged by our shipper (if applicable) These charges will  be deducted from your final refund once the order is returned to us. We cannot pay return shipping fees for canceled orders once they have been processed and/or shipped, delivered or refused. 

Damaged Items:

Items received damaged or defective must be reported to us within 72 hours after the date of delivery to qualify for a replacement or a refund. Inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Notify us immediately if there is any problem with your order as received

NOTE:  Fly WEB USA reserve the right to cancel and issue a refund relating to any order placed on our website due to typo's, pricing, shipping fee errors, software glitches, incorrect or unverifiable shipping addresses or any payment method we find questionable or orders placed outside the continental USA. 

Returns Policy:  All Sales are Final.  Unauthorized returns will be refused.  Customer is responsible for return shipping fee's.  A 30% restocking charge will apply to any Authorized return.We will wave the restocking charge and we will pay all shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (Example: We sent a incorrect item that you did not order.) or your item was damaged during shipment and we are notified within 72 hours.  Shipping costs are non-refundable unless an error was made by us..

Should you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. If your return is authorized, we'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If you do not have an account or are unable to log in to your account, please contact us indicating your order number, shipping address, phone number, name of item and reason for return. You may use the contact us link tab above to send us your return request.

Customer is responsible for any return shipping & handling fees unless your order was damaged during shipment and we are notified within 72 hours of the confirmed delivery date. Be sure to check your package and items for damage as soon as they arrive and before the delivery driver leaves whenever possible.

Refunds: (if applicable) Once your authorized return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days or less. Your refund will be minus original shipping and handling fees as well as a 30% restock fee.

Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be returned or refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
