Fly Web USA is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to sales@flywebusa.com with "unsubscribe" as the subject line.

Fly Web USA  does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

Returns Policy: All sales are considered final - Refund on returned products if unused, unopened and in resell-able condition. Refund is minus all shipping and handling fees incurred by Fly Web USA and a 10% restocking charge applies. No refunds after 30 days from shipping date of product. 

Shipping: Fly Web USA  will replace any item lost or damaged during shipment, from the time your package leaves our warehouse untill the time delivery is confirmed by UPS or USPS tracking. Please be sure you are available to receive your packages, or leave instructions for UPS or the US Postal Service concerning the delivery of your package(s).

UPS and USPS usually pick up between 3 & 4 PM East Coast Time. Orders received after 1PM on any given day may not be picked up by UPS until the next business days daily pick-up.  No pick up's are scheduled on weekends or holidays.

We pack it and ship it as quickly as we can.

Many times your order is packed and waiting for the USPS or UPS drivers within a few minutes from the time you submit your order.

BUYER ASSUMES ALL RESPOSIBILITIES FOR THE USE OF ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM OUR STORE. IT IS UP TO THE BUYER TO USE THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THIS SITE CONSISTENT WITH THE LABEL.
